8/19/2011 On thursday 8/18 the RCR Contact Center advised the employees that it would not open on Tuesay, August 23rd until 8:30am. For the second time the members who start their shift prior to 8:30am would need to either take E-Time or have a change of shift to 8:30am. The Local does not agree that the employees must lose pay or have to shuffle their schedule again because the carrier cannot successfully complete the InfoSec installation. If you choose to take E-Time you must write next to that option, "Will file grievance". Then you need to fill out a grievance form and turn the form into the Union office. The Local will be fighting to get you paid for the forced E-Time.
